With scrapbooking and our love of animals as two of our passions, we wanted to find a way to do more and raise money for an organization we truly believe makes a difference every day. We contacted the director of Every Dog Counts Rescue and asked her if it would be okay if we had a fundraiser crop to benefit Every Dog Counts Rescue (EDCR). Not being a scrapbooker herself, she had no idea the power of crafters!

Holding our first crop in March, 2011, we had 25 attendees, raised over $800 and a carload full of supplies for the rescue. Quickly outgrowing four venues, we moved to the Johnson County Fairgrounds starting with our March 2018 event and have room for up to 150 croppers!

We are amazed every crop by the outpouring of support from croppers, businesses and volunteers. We have been able to raise over $94,000 and more than 110 SUVs full of supplies in 9 years. We are truly blessed to be able to call our wonderful group of crafters, friends!
